Warranty Condition

  1. Victor Products have warranty period as followings: 
    1. Fan motor 3 years
    2. Compressor  5 years
    3. general warranty 1 year
  2. Warranty is valid for products that are home-use and broken from quality only. Warranty is void if the product is commercially used or have been modified.
  3. Warranty does not include transportation cost or on-site service
  4. Warranty does not include plastic parts that can be easily broken such as fan blades, plastic faucets.
  5. Warranty is valid for products in Thailand only.
  6. Warranty is not valid for damages from the following reasons :
    1. products are commercially used
    2. damage from natural disasters such as flood, lightning, fire, chemical substances, electrical shortage, ants, mouse or other insects.
    3. user’s own modification, edition, or any broken damage from usage.
  7. Warranty is void under following conditions
    1. Model and serial number on warranty card is different from the real product.
    2. Warranty card is torn, damaged or modified.
    3. Some equipment are not warranted if they are deteriorated by time.
    4. User must present warranty card to receive service.
    5. For any dispute, warranty condition is referenced in Thai language
